Everything, the hotel was spotless and the room fantastic. Great shower and an iron in the room rather than having to plead with room service to bring one up! I loved the fact that it was so clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that the showers and loo had dispense shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Most hotels have little bottles with not enough. The room was cozy and modern and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent (4am in the morning as I had an early flight) They have a counter at the front desk with all essentials in case you needed anything (toothpaste, shaving cream, some medical suppli

The room was nicely furnished, clean and quiet enough to sleep well - there was some noise outside quite late from passers-by returning home as it was a Friday night, but nothing too disturbing.
The reception staff were pleasant and efficient; parking was secure and close by.
And I was particularly grateful for a proper ironing board! -

Excellent staff, friendly helpful arrival, even though we arrived late
in the evening as we had advised, and that approach continued next day
morning. Rooms were fine, and bathroom facilities good especially
bearing in mind usual British plumbing standards. Location very close to
high street shopping and easy to get to main rail station although a hit
far with suitcases, but okay with a backpack. Easy taxi ride. Good pub
atmosphere on ground floor
