  Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... I had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was cooked fresh to my order. - The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.   I actually wanted premier inn ormskirk road but, unfortunately it was fully booked for the grand national, however, Liverpool north was very accommodating as I am disabled and hadn't requested a disabled room, when I arrived the staff found me something very suitable and they did it without fuss. - Very helpful staff member we dealt with - don't ... what people say » know her name but she was just back off maternity leave. Also the gentleman who came and got our TV working was very helpful. Staff in adjacent restaurant were also extremely nice and helpful at breakfast which was VFM.
