We arrived to the hotel 2 hours earlier than estimated check-in time, we were offered to sit in a cosy hall and have a drink, 15 minutes later we got into the room, so we didn't have to wait. Around and rooms are quite soundless. Size of room was good and enough. Cleaning is perfect and also all staff is helpfull and friendly. However, if you don't like food menu of hotel, ordering food from outside is a convenience. Hotel where is the city center, makes everything more easy

Hasan (owner with his family) and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hasan himself did transfers to and from Izmir airport for us and was so helpful with prompt emails after our flight times got changed 5 times! Hasan also drove us around to all the sights for a private day trip and was really patient waiting at each sight, never rushed

The hospitality of the host and staff which was amazingly professional ,helpful and knowlegable for such a small hotel .
The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the harbor . The promise of access to a swimming pool was an added plus that some hotels in this price bracket just don't accommodate. The hotel was well displayed and it only took a question to a nearby shopowner to direct us in the right direction ,but the views far outdid this small inconvenience

We were immediately charmed by the kind welcome of the host and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, the shower excellent and plentiful. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous. We will definitely stay at the Konak Saray when we come back to Izmir. -

I stayed at this hotel for two night. It seemed to hard to get at this hotel from airport, but later I found out that near hotel is menro stantion. To get from metro very easy - about 8 stansion. It is not close to seafront, but near Hotel are a lot of taxi and another transport - to get somewhere not problem.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and made us feel so welcome. The restaurant, where we ended up eating most of the time had excellent food- modern Mediterranean style menu and very fresh. The waiting staff in the restaurant were young, super efficient and funny. They felt like family by the time we left. We have stayed at glitzier hotels in Turkey ( and some poorer ones too) but this hotel we have voted the best.
