  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .   Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5 min walk to Istiklal street. There are many cafes and restaurants right next to Galata tower. A cab ride to sultanahmet took us 10 mins and 20- 25 lira ( taxi meter better than prenegotiated rate). Manager was very nice and accommodative. Rooms were clean and sofa-bed was comf... what people say » ortable. Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. - The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.
