The hotel is located at one of the best points very close to İstiklâl Street. It is located on a small street parallel to Nevizade Street, which is famous for its restaurants and bars around Beyoğlu. We liked the kindness of the staff, they were helpful. The room was very clean and well-equipped with hot water, microwave oven, TV, kettle, and so on. I'zaz was a fantastic small hotel tucked away on the side street off a major shopping, eating and nightlife area of the city. There was no end of things to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. Because it only has four rooms, the advice and personal care of the hotel owner was fantastic! -

The simplest way to describe my experience at Peradays is that it was more like staying with relatives, or old friends you hadn't seen for a while. Murat and Bora were so hospitable. Very good place with an awesome friendly staff. It will take you less than 3 Minutes to be in the famous Istiklal street. It is to find Taxi and to direct the driver since it is close to the British consulate. I would consider the location as in the middle to the important places in Istanbul. Excellent location, right in the middle on Istiklal street, in a small side road off facing Galatasaray highschool. allowed me an early check-in (11 instead of 2) and a late check out (4pm instead on noon). not the fanciest yet more than enough for a solo traveler or even a group of friends who can share the same floor.

Staff is super friendly and the hotel is very modern. They even have a small new elevator, so that you don't have to carry your bags upstairs via the staircase.
The owner speaks some English and is able to help you with finding your way around.
Rooms are all air-conditioned, water in the bathroom is hot. Water pressure is decent.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed. And it has an air conditioning what is extremely important for a summer trip to Istanbul. We didn't need anything more than we had in Ilya Pera Hotel and enjoied our time that we spent there!

Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)
