near by a big mall. -
Very friendly and hospitable staff, front desk even called me while en
route because I hadn't been able to receive their reply to me via
email. And went out of their way to serve us. Don't really know if I
should recommend this hotel because it is a jewel hidden :-) but cannot
keep it to myself. Few mins. Walk to Metro and all kind of local shops,
restaurants and food stores. Yummy. Will definitely come back again!

The best hotel/appartement, atrium hotel its one of the main reason we enjoyed our stay in istumbul as family, coming from London it was late checking, we found the general manager and his assistant waiting for us, very warm welcome, top customer service, the suite excellent, with all facilities,very clean,comfort, service top from the manager Mr serhat and his.assistant Mr samit to all staff fantastic, we looking forward to come back to istumbul to the same hotel, atrium suite 10/10 that score

The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

This was my first trip with my children and the apartment was very
handy. It was fully equipped, clean and there was plenty of space. We
used the washing machine too!Saaduldin, in reception was very helpful.
He gave us places to visit and made our stay comfortable. The metro is
closeby, although we didnot use it. There is plenty of cafes and
restaurant within walking distances. The fish restaurant was the best. I
highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Istanbul and
have a home-

- طاقم العمل و موظفين الاستقبال محترمين جدا و متساعدين و في خدمة الزبون في أي لحظة.
2- موظف الاستقبال يتحدث اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة و يوجد كذلك موظف عربي يتحدث العربية.
3- يبعد خمس دقائق مشيا لأقرب محطة مترو.
4- يبعد من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة دقيقة مشيا و خمس دقائق بالسيارة لمجمع جواهر مول غربا أو ساحة تقسيم شرقا.
5- شكل الفندق الخارجي يبدو قديم لكن أثاث الفندق من الداخل جديد و نظيف و مرتب و أدوات المطبخ و غيرها مجهزة بالكامل.
