The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

This hotel was amazing and did every they could to make our stay comfortable. Particularly Shahin who was ever so helpful and kind. We were always asked if we required anything and were also taken wherever we required within reason. I've truly never visited a hotel with such amazing hospitality and service.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The Location of the hotel was excellent for those who would like shopping and dining. luxury shops and dining places were so near couple of minutes walking. This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days. Rooms have air conditioning (which will not be charged extra), TV, new bathroom. -
