I liked the staff, very professional. Looked for an adapter and cable for internet connection in my room, no problem at all for them. Light rail system 500 metres from the hotel door and taxi rank also very close. Free shuttle to and from airport and also to the business centre (Taksim). All in all, it was a great place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. The staff was great, there was a very nice breakfast buffet, and it was in an excellent location. We'd stay there again without hesitation!.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had shuttle service, but I could not use it for my 7am flight. They quote rates in Euros but then charge in Turkish Lira which is confusing and I hope will prove to be accurate.(1) The staff in the Lobby Bar ignore the clients generally and are surly when they do notice clients. (2) There are two wow hotels next to each other (which was not noted in the info on the hotel). There was no water cooler in the gymnasium. Had to get room service for water at the gym!. price. I went for 630am bus they said it is gone. But it was there. They could call room for passenger booked.No shops / services outside hotel area, but good connections to the city centre. Shuttle service, security, restaurant prices...The mini bus service to/from the airport is not very regular late evening and i was reduced to using a taxi. The fare though was only 4.2 Turkish lire so it's cheap enough. whilst use of the gym was free , i was very dissapointed to note that there was no supply of drinking water for gym users. We were awakened for turn down service at 22:00 despite a locked door, activated "do not disturb" system, and a 03:00 wake up call. Disappointed to learn at 03:15 rather than upon check-in that airport shuttle service did not begin until 06:30. No restaurants around. This is not a good choice for a tourist visit. The Internet is free but you should pay 5 Euro for the cable.no local shopping facilities so day to day cost of "consumable" items expensive as they could pon;ly be purchased at Hotel prices. power cut on the mornıng of departure.They told me that I had taken chewing gum during checkout from the Mini Bar at the room and it was charged on my credit although I did not take it. It took us 30 minutes to check out at 3:30 in the morning which cost us 30 dollars more in cab fare since they were waiting for us. The airport shuttle is not available 24 hours a day - so we paid a high price for the hotel and were not able to use the shuttle or breakfast which was a part of the package. Hotel staff needs more training. They have potential but needs to be quicker on requests. Even calling from outside, hotel phone is not picked up ! Room A/C can not be adjusted, sometimes too hot. Price of room service is too high . No coffee maker in the room is poor.The TV which shines all night long and it's inpossible to shut down, quite expensive dinner.
