Best location.Standard breakfast,near a tram stop. Location was ideal- didn't need public transport for main tourist sites and was able to get the metro/tram straight from Ataturk airport to the place. Breakfast was brilliant and roof-top restaurant view was good and food there good too. Staff were approachable and informative- there was someone manning the desk 24/7. Most important to me: the rooms and bedding were clean.
all reviews » The room which i got was really good coner room with double bed 4 windows and very sapcious room also its right next to the Gulhane Tramvay so makes it very easy for travelling within in the city. The very friendly staff,the room was excellent. we like staying there because every thing was near the hotel we did not have a taxi for anything we walked every where the hotel was warm and friendly clean and smelt very nice if we return to turkey we will use this hotel again. Close to Gulehane tramstop - takes approx 45 mins with one change at Zeytinbuurnu to get to/from Airport. Overpriced Drinks Bar, Bad TV reception, (no English channel). Room is too small, breakfast is too simple. breakfast rather poor. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived but once the staff were told they attended to it straight away. My room was sigle bed. The room was facing the back of the hotel, noisy due to the construction. Regarding breakfast, I was there at the start for fresh breads and foods; but some breads were not ready yet at 7 AM, brought in later. Also some hot items were added later, after 8AM or so.Very minor complaint - bed linen has a couple of small tears. The website indicated that the hotel provides airport shuttle, but it turned out that I had to take taxi.Indifferent reception staff, pillows like rocks - take an inflatable one! I'm tiny, but anyone large would not be able to get through the small gap in the shower screen into the bath. Not a 4 star hotel. There is no available airport shuttle service, unless you call in advance.first 2 nights we were rebooked to an other hotel; very thin walls and therefore very noisy during the night,. rooms very small - too small for 2 adults !.
