First, the hotel doesn't have restaurant opposite to statement at letsbookhotel.com , they offer only breakfast. They had some problems with water drainage in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel they treated me very will, they upgraded me to nice room overlooking to the Bosphorus , Great Location On Istiklal St. Just facing the hotel , many coffe shops ,Restaurants and shopping places around the hotel.

The only problem is that the sink and the bathtub in the bathroom are blocked due to the lack of well cleaned and size of room is below than Europe small rooms standerds :) .

When we first arrived, we were received by Murat at the reception, he was very friendly and helpful. He explained all needed. We went up to our rooms. They were clean over looking the phosphorous. Breakfast was great. The hotel is located just across the street from the happenings at Taksim Square. Honestly we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, all went very well, I defenately recommend it to other people going for leisure and shopping in Istanbul alone or along with their families.

The Bly thing missing was the restaurant to serve lunch and dinner. But his was not a big deal, we had all restaurants around us some of which were en 24 hours.

Although I had booked a family room I was given a double room the first night I stayed there. They said the hotel was overbooked and didn't give me any discount and claimed that all rooms with Bosphorus view had same cost. Not more than 3 stars. Over-priced average breakfast

If you want to be right in the atmosphere setting of Taksim square which is buzzing 24 7.....nice shops in the area. All eating places around hotel. We had a free upgrade to a suite so that was awesome. Movie house 3 min walk. Lovely decor. Lovely hotel.

24 7 police sirens and police announcements outside your rooms...too noisy!!!! Some taxis don't go to the square so you are at a risk of getting dropped off with a lot of parcels. Hotel drainage smell in the bathroom. The ceilings were too thin . Could hear all movement upstairs everytime . (The restaurant was above us). Breakfast was a big let down. Lovely views but no variety. Food is average...service is average.....
