Great room, kettle in room, friendly very helpful staff, lovely view from breakfast terrace, superb location

no lift to top two floors - but hotel porter carried my bag for me so ok, charged extra on check-in for a room with bath which is in the photo on the website and was requested in my original booking, rubbish TV choice and reception

Nice price with great location. Clean and huge rooms. In taxim square next to the metro station and istiklal street.

The view from our hotel room was breath-taking, it was vast with a mixture of urban and sea side views. It was truely fantastic. The staff were friendly and knowlegable about the area. Also the resturant had not only the best view and atmosphere, but also the best tea! I highly recommand this hotel :D

The location and the staff very friendly, and most helpful. The rooms were large and very clean and bright. Breakfast not luxury, but quite adequate, turkish style. Terrific patio & dining area for meals

Renovations near completion, and looking good, needs some finishing touches. lighting in the hallways and on the stair wells needs attention, its a little dark in places. Particularly the top two floor stair wells.

Great and warm service. Beatiful sea view. Our room was nice with lots of space and modern furniture. Highly recommendable place. Shame we had to leave so early, so we didn't had time to check their breakfast.

Shame we had to leave so early, so we didn't had time to check their breakfast. But that wasn't their fault. ;) The room was overall nice, but there was some things they should repair for the next customers. Paint had been seen better days, there were holes in the wall etc. Not so nice looking.

The staff; extremely friendly, competent and helpful as well as concerned about the client's needs. Zeynep at reception was especially competent and professional. She's a leader and the client feels it at first conversation. Because of Zeynep and the rest of the front room staff I will always use this hotel on my frequent trips to Ist. Room 802. The tv was a no tv. The lighting on the stairs is life threatening, very dangerous. Missing light fixtures. Bathroom so dark one has to shave by Braile. Will stay there again because of your staff, but never again in 802 My fault I got this room as I requested a quiet room on top and in the back, No fault of the staff.!!

موقع الفندق بالقرب من شارع الإستقلال ومحطة مترو تكسيم .

للأسف الشديد أن النظافة سيئة جداً جداً لا من ناحية الفطور أو من الغرف . وللعلم أني قمت بشكوى الفندق بسبب صبغ الغرفة ( بوية ( وأنا مستأجر الغرفة حيث تفاجأت بعد عودتي للفندق بأنهم قاموا بصبغ الغرقة وتركوا الأثاث في وسط الغرفة واللوحات كانت ملقية على السرير والشرفة مفتوحة وذلك لكي يخفوا رائحة البوية . أفضل ما في الفندق موقعه فقط . . والله على ما أقول شهيد .

Information given to find our bearings.

Room was not clean; bathroom not clean; toilets not clean enough; garbage not cleared out after they pretended to clean room. Towels only supplied when asked. TV stations are 99% Turkish so no accommodation for English clients.

We ask for early check-in and I informed them that we are so tired they keep us waiting more than 6 hours and we did the check-in at 17:00 , Hotel under construction no lobby .. Dust everywhere .after we asked them that we are so tired they took us to the roof and gave us 2 chairs under the sun ...room without safety box and the door damged no locker . And not clean dusty all over .
