Excellent facilities at a very good price. Cannnot fault the hotel. Staff were really helping and polite. Room was of a decent size, with all the necesary facilities. The bed was a tad ont he hard side, but I like it that way, so no problem! The rooftop terrace, where breakfast and other meals are served, is a great spot to enjoy a view over the Golden Horn and Sultanahmet. The staff was more than excellent, helpful, kind & cooperative. .Very clean hotel and excellent view. . I really like to book their another time. .. Only one thing I request from the management. ..Please aware guests that they have to fill a special form at the hotel to make free tax or vat refunding at the boarders when they leave Turkey. . Love you all guys.
