Excellent location for airport layovers. Also a nice area to walk around, find inexpensive, authentic meals and very convenient to the public transportation - metro. Small, inexpensive but has everything you need and they are eager to please all guests. Great breakfast too!.
I have enjoyed meeting the staff, Wafa the young boy was extremely helpful and friendly, he spoke 3 languages which made my stay very comforting. very nice place, cozy,clean and convenient. I will come back for sure and will recommend it to all my friends :) Thanks Wafa :). all reviews »
Staff is very friendly and very co-operative. The place is ultra clean and near by to airport, mall, food joints etc. I recommend everybody who visits Istanbul to stay at this place.

The wall socket was falling out of the desk where it was installed, not a problem but kind of annoying.
The shower and bathroom was small but clean enough.
There is just a simple lock on the handle. I wasn't so scared, but would expect to have an additional locking mechanism of some sort.
Had to pay by cash as credit card terminal was not working.
They do not have credit card terminal and the only way to pay is cash.
At night was little cold and we did not have any blankets in the room,
never call the reception desk to ask for some-may be our fault!.

- Unprofessional / untrained staff
- staff will enter room without permission (they will knock once and then next moment just open and enter without waiting. Imagine if someone is sleeping!).
