Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with easy access to all major areas in Istanbul and Istiklal street – @Taksim square. Residence is very close to Galatasary High School on Istiklal Street.

Need to add map of residence on their website, so it should be easy to locate at first time.

Never give top rating to start with, however location was perfect and bonus was a little convenience store across the street - breakfast on roof daily with a view of the Golden Horn and Bosphorus. Any concerns were met promptly - have worked in hospitality provided a detailed critique of my stay. A home away from home - will definitely stay next visit.

A little noise from outside. Narrow main road. More choice needed in breakfast. Small entry and reception desk.

Great location Good size for the money

There was no breakfast the first morning as advertised The fold out couch in the living room was very uncomfortable No elevator (not a problem for us but it's a 5 story walk up)

staff: i asked for an airport transfer, they forgot to book it for me, i required an invoice of my stay, they promised me to send it by email...never got it

Rooms were clean and well appointed with all self contained requirements. Well located near the heart of Taksim/Beyoglu. Staff were very accommodating and worked hard to recover from two issues - the room was not available until two hours after designated checkin, and we had very noisy room neighbours at 2.30 am. We were provided with nice coffee and the neighbour was moved. Staff also found us boxes to post souvenirs home.

Only the issues mentioned above, which were addressed by staff.

Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)

Excelent room, modern furniture. Big lcd TV and dvd. Equiped with all kitchen appliences. In the heart of Taksim. Near to shops, night life, nice restaurants

The suite is spacious, fully equipped, rooms are cleen, sound proof windows, new furniture,located only seconds far from Isteklal street, easy to reach by Taxi, cozy, good facade from outside,

Honestly it was a good stay so nothing that I did not like about the Hotel.

Location is excellent 2 minutes away from the lovely crowd of istiklal street, near the night life and shopping. The suite is smaller that it seems in the pics but still fair for 3 people. Breakfast is not mich assorted but suffeciant for good start of the day. Some of the staff speaks english and communicate very well, some speaks only tiurkish.

I just had a very nice stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, room is reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very co-operative and friendly. They don't hesitate to do anything to please their guests. I had long times chatting with them in general discussions, and they helped me to find places to visits, restaurants, etc. It was indeed very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends

the design and location

the noisy neighborhood, they made us stay until 4:00pm to check in and the small size of the bathroom.

The Flat was nice and clean

There were no Lifts The breakfast was on the 5th floor Poor break fast Receptionist wasn't available on the 05th of SEP when we wanted to check out we waited from 11am to 1:30pm which delayed us for our flight and we had to leave without checking out

The location is just perfect and this is hotel's major advantage. Staff is friendly and open to support you whenever you need. Hotel tried to deduct money from may credit card prior to arrival and then it didn't work with their cash mashine. It brought me a lot of trouble to find another option. In the end hotel management was open to negotiate this issue and find a solution. Hotel is great for young couples of party animals and business people who come to visit Istanbul for a short vacations.

1. Our kitchen zink was producing a shitty smell and we had to block it all the time. 2. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and and the back yard window was an entrance to chicken garden. Every day at 5 a.m. chickens were screaming like hell and it was nearly impossible to sleep.

Good location. Very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Ave.

Tiny room. Pictures did not represent the actual size of the room. Bathroom reeked like sewage and hair dryer was not working. Overnight staff did not speak English, so it was very difficult to get help. Expensive for what it is.
