The location of the hotel is superb, right between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, yet in a quiet side road. Istanbul is a bustling, noisy, crowded place and the hotel was an oasis of calm after hard days sightseeing and haggling in the bazaars. The restaurant is of Michelin star quality. Arriving from a train at 11 am we were promptly given a room at no extra charge, and on our last day were welcome to keep the room until 2 pm before our afternoon flight. all reviews » The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Sultanahmet and easy walking distance to the bazaars, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, cafes and restaurants and the Bosphorus. Beautiful hotel with plenty of history; we stayed in a deluxe room that was so comfortable and quiet with great facilities, views and service. None. The staff that took us to the room and were in charge of showing us the room were not what you would expect from 4seasons. Also the room is quite small, almost same size of the bathroom.
