Lovely peaceful place on the Asian side of Istanbul, very very interesting room architecture & excellent use of space in both the loft & single rooms. the hotel staff were such pleasant people with the duo of Burak & Murat all day and Ahmet at nights. I hard no communication issues as both Murat and Burak communicated in English, promptly arranged taxi pick ups etc. Eramus Restaurant is in the same building with the hotel. Really nice place.

Great that when we booked for 3 people in an apartment we all had our own rooms rather than two people sharing a double bed and someone on the couch in the lounge as had been the case in lots of other places, great value for money too. The location of the hotel is very well. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is exactly a designer hotel. Front desk staff is hospitable and friendly. Thanks everybody... The room was pretty quiet despite the constructions site nearby. A lot of restaurants & small shops with handmade products some 5-10 minutes away. The staff was friendly. It's good value for money. I travel often to Istanbul and hotels there tend to be expensive. Staff were polite and arranged an early morning taxi for us at a fair fixed price. Very nice hotel with , big rooms ,good facilities inside the rooms/app. The staff is very nice and helps you every time when you need. The room was not very big but there was a nice terace which you can use in summertime. It was good value for money and it had the necessary elements for a comfortable stay. Cozy, good price and in a great location if you need to be in atasehir. the room and the in-built facilities. Location is very centeric. The taxi drivers had some problems with finding the location of the hotel. The price could be 10-15% lower. Only Turkish TV channels. Location on the Asian side of Istanbul is quite far away from old Istanbul, but the transportlinks are quite good. The hotel being new Taxi drivers are not very well aware of it. Night shift guy does not speak English. Nearest metro station 15 min walking. No information about Istanbul. No WiFi in the rooms. Small size flat. need a little more utensils, like pan, bowl etc..since itis a furnished apartment like...and with kitchen.. The location is a bit out of the way (a lot out of the way actually) so if you're planning to see the sights on the European side you're better off choosing a hotel on the other side of the Bosphorus. As it's self-catering accommodation we would have liked to have some pots and pans at the ready and there were none. The sofa is a litle to big for the room. The location is difficult for tourists who come to visit Istanbul. Most of the touristic sites are in Europe side and it will be really difficult to reach from this hotel to those places. The other thing was the cleaning of the hotel was really poor. Even after housekeeping, it was not properly cleaned. And the toilet was smelling on our room. You could feel the bed boards and no plugs around. the inability to listen to English program on the television except Aljazera 1. Breakfast not inclusive in the service of the suite. Staff, are not very helpful TV without a single English Channel Quality of room is so poor (when it rained, we couldn't sleep whole night it sounded like it was raining inside) Sound from Café next door was literally inside our room. The toilet wasn't clean someone visit our room before us. Terrible hygiene, poor facilities. No room service even though seen in the ad. Even for water you have to go out shopping. No shops around the hotel.
