  The facilities at the hotel are good but not all of them work. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are pleasant but somehow a bit offhand for example they seemed not to be aware of my booking. The location is excellent if you wish to view Mount Ararat and easy to find towards the edge of the town. Otherwise Igdir is not very inspiring. - The ... what people say » hotel has an outdoor swimming pool (which we didn't use given the overall state of the hotel). You can ask for a room with a view on the Mt Ararat, which we did, but we did't see much of it as the top was hidden by clouds.
