Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare afternoon. An excellent service from the staff( tour desk and spa included) very well placed ,nearby the beach , atbthe side of the biggest mall , into the shopping area and the main street of Patong.the restaurant is good.
all reviews » Incredibly modern when comparing to others in Phuket. bathroom and room is very big. tv with nice channel list. very close to party center, but hidden in the yard so no loud music in the room. pool is nice. Excellent staff!! Cheap, nice and professional massage offers. Super close to Bangla road where all the clubs and pubs are yet the room is very quite at night. Great for a city trip not for luxury. - Nice rooms - Lovley pool(s). One on the roof top, and two at the first floor. - Nice staff. - Close to everything in PaTong - Restaurant. great location in patong, close to shopping,massages,food,etcshort walk to the nightlife,just far enough away from all the nightclub noise. Did get noisy in the pool suite as close to the main foyer. The only issue is the hotel entrance , it get flood with heavy rain. Need to put extra pillow in the room; there is sound of room door scratching the floor when closing, some changes on the daily breakfast menu will be great. Drunkards banging on their room doors at 4-5 am on weekend mornings. Grrrrrrr. Nothing. Taxi access for non hotel booked taxis non existent. Guest policy needs looking at. Could be quite noisy at night there were a few hotel guests running around in the middle of the night jumping into the pool and yelling, no one seemed to come and stop them. It was difficult to connect to the internet and surf easily. It disconnects a lot. The laundry services and fridge items were a little bit expensive. Difficult to connect to the free wifi services, probably due to over usage by other hotel occupants. Smoking room (as my husband has asthma), cleanliness was lacking, and staff didn't always update all toiletries upon each cleaning. poor breakfast, need refurbishing. Nothing, it's a really decent hotel. The people who for some reason did not go to bed at all during the night ! I had to complain at reception. It was too late my sleep was spoilt. This lasted both of the nights I stayed at the hotel !!!. A little noisy,but this is due to been in the city center. The rooms could do with a little maintained. Very noisy, to much noise from other patrons staying at hotel .security need to make people be quiet. Not the place for a restful holiday. The view of the rooms aren't that great, but u can always step out to see a good view. rats on fierst floor. Paying had been over commercialized. Close to the noisy dancing and bars area. Need to improve the cleaning in the room. Been given a room that faced the reception and if you remove curtains, everyone in reception would have seen you. Poor staff Poor cleaning. I checked out early from the hotel they were supposed to return the money for two nights but they didnt i tried to talk to the manager and yet he didnt give me my money back because i paid in full when i arrived first day. A bit noisy at night while sleeping. There is no gym and the hotel staff should issue 2 csrd keys instead of one. a bit noisey from the road site during nite time.
