Very spacious room on the 4th. Floor with an excellent view of the sea. The hotel is along the seaside (only 1 narrow road inbetween) , around 15-20 minuntes walk from Juncelon and close to ocean plaza, restaurants, bars, but quite during the night. Have 2 swimming pools and a separate children's swimming pool, my son likes it very much. The big bathroom also has an excellent view of the sea but without any curtains. As our room is almost around the corner, people from other hotels nearby can l.

Breakfast was good nothing fantastic need to change the line up as after a week very boring, and I wish they would buy a toaster that thing they had their was totally useless..I Would say if you book a pool room you would love it other than that it is a fantastic beach hotel litterally10 mtrs from beach fantastic. Very nice and helpfull staff with good english! Staff here spoke the best english and understood our questions and answered honestly, also helped with booking of some tours (but they charge you full price, while the outdoor kiosks; you can bargain for tours). The towel service was also a great bonus; you are able to check out towels for the day while you stay at the beach. The size of the room was great and having stayed in the private pool suite was excellent and highly recommend! Location was great as it is down the quiet part of the main beach road but still easy to walk to everything. The idiots up and down strret on noisy bikes at 3 in the morning, but hey it is on the beach so we got used to it...The breakfast menu same same same boring presentation, but it was ok not good just ok.. As soon as you left the building in the front, it did not matter where you are on the sidewalk or sometimes even on the beach you smell sewer everywhere :( Also when transfering back to the hotel, all the cab drivers did not seem to be familiar with the Bliss... not sure if it is a never hotel?. Biggest problem was the staff!! Felt like they would make fun of you and they hardly knew english!! When ordering room service, you would have to repeatedly have to ask for something and the order would still arrive wrong. Food was always cold when delivered too.. Staff were slightly unfriendly and insincere at times Room cleaners came at different times every day, even called our room at 5pm one day, asking to come and clean the room... Faulty shower and water temperature, very strong winds, rock hard bed, terrible remediation during full day power failure, dull staff that don't seem motivated in making the difference, faulty air-con, mozzies in room, decor, faulty sliding door locks. View of power and phone lines. The hotel food is not so good as the room. the pool is not fully private every one in the street can see you. When taking a shower, we felt that we where very exposed to the suroundinngs since the shower was placed almost on the balcony, also very low waterpressure. Breakfast less variety. Need to improve. room + pool overlooking the road with flowing traffic & noise through out the day.
