Staffs were very helpful especially Saroj, thanks for your great service. They gave me 3 free up gradation from standard rooms to deluxe rooms. They have fabulous swimming pool and pool bar. They have a tour section where Mr. Ali, who is a very friendly, sold us tour with a very reasonable price. He helped us a lot to find out halal foods. Beach is 5mins walking distance. Shopping is 10mins walking distance. This is my 2nd stay and I'll stay every time on my visits. I strongly recommend to my f.
all reviews » This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend. Good breakfast, nice staff who kindly came to ask in late afternoon if they can tidy up the room; then changed all the bed sheets and cleaned everything even if they didn't have to. The hotel offered the best value for money as compared to the products/services in town which usually were massively overpriced to rip off tourists. Staff very friendly accommodation clean with large rooms all handy to the large clean pool serviced with a well stocked bar and massage services.a great buffet breakfast with an alacart restaurant serving a great variety of Asian food.Positioned far enough from the city noise and bustle of people only 200 metres to the beach. This was our second stay at coconut and it's been great both times. We will be coming back again next year with our kids to stay at coconut as it's very economic and the facilities are perfect. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay somewhere a little quiet but still in the heart of patong. This hotel was just fine! It's not the most glamorous hotel but it offers all the basics. It's a little past it's prime I guess you could say but it's clean and the bed was comfortable something you don't always find in Thailand!. The room was spacious and cosy, the restaurant serves great food, the pool is very nice. Most of the staff you have to deal with is also friendly and the excursion guy is just amazingly nice and give lot of good information. I have stayed at Coconut village many times before although not in the past 4 years. They have responded to customer feedback, brightened up the place and extended the breakfast facilities. so I still rate it highly. Excellent location, Staff very attentive and friendly. Deluxe rooms excellent for families and groups. Great value for money. Stayed once before and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended for families. Beach was 10 mins by walk. There are lots of Muslims staying in this hotel but they don't have halal items in their breakfast. They should have halal foods corner for their Muslims guest. They also don't have wi-fi facility in the rooms. It is very important to have this facility in the rooms for travelers. There was nothing we did not like. The pillows were super hard! The free breakfast was pretty bleak but the coffee was good!. One male receptionist was terribly unwelcoming when checking in and out. Did not look in the eyes or proposed helped or even smiled at me. Should provide a kettle and safe in the cheaper rooms. I chose two cheaper rooms this time as I cand walk up steps and needed two rooms as other options with my teenage daughter (such as adding a bed) wweree not available. at patong beach thrs message,pls dont try...nothing gd n they rape u off after d message,do it in shopping mall or eslewhere...n transportation is expensive in patong,better rent motorbike. Nothing as such. Organise the right location of room plenty mosquitoes about,donot not go for the standard room,for little price more go for Deluxeroom. Breakfast could be improved. It was quite poor.... our pillow were a little hard but nothing to cry over and no big deal. bathroom doors were not working properly. room cleanliness could have been improved. Some of the stuff. The air con unit in room ver noisy. Breakfast is very monotonous. Beds are a bit hard. Dengue fever. The beds where to hard. Small selection on breakfast, could use with a bit of a more modern upgrade. Reception service no so good Staff can't understand much english.. Not much facalities in the resort.. No shop in the resort. The washbasin didn´t drain the water. Reception Staff was very very bad. No wifi in the room Staff at reception Mosquitos ;-). It was dull, and the breakfast was poor, did not look anything like the pictures and the rooms were dated. noise. Room was filthy!!! Broken aircon, no ceiling fans, no tea/coffee making facilities, no hairdryer & satellite tv was mostly asian. The Rats that run around the dining room area at breakfast and around the pool area. Food was not that good especially at breakfast. All services bad poor I dont recommend. Staff unprofessional poor services Bad attitude bad breakfast Badest experience. Very old room. They charge me for mini bar items i did not used. I asked for an early check in by mail, and receptionist was not helpful at all. No service no hospitality. After visiting their reception toilet we decided to cancel our booking. Fithy, old sofa's, next to a very busy road. Photos on the internet are absolutely not real. No luxury at all. No Wifi in room!.
