We absolutely loved Zara. We paid extra on arrival and upgraded to the double pool villa for two nights as it was vacant, but then as it was booked out we thenmoved to villa 10 (grand plunge pool villa). We loved so many things about Zara. As there are only 12 or so villas in the resort, most of the time you don't see any other guests. When using the main pool, we were the only ones in it, and had it to ourselves the whole time which was so relaxing. The pools in the single villas are quite sma.
all reviews » This was without a doubt the best resort we ever visited in all our travelling abroad. The garden in which the villas are situated is awesome and right by the sea. This resort is excelent for people who prefer privacy, yet 20 meters walking and you're on the beach. In your private garden by the villa you would think you're alone in the jungle. Every detail of the resort is beautiful. The staff is amazing. Ryan the manager took care of just about anything I could think, of, before I could think . Overall brilliant place to stay. Beautiful, large, nicely designed villa. Good aircon, large personal pool with warm water, perfect location in quiet spot but close to town centre, basic breakfast, warm welcome and helpful/friendly staff. The receptionist of the hotel is so friendly and hospitable that I am appreciate it is she that received us. The swampy river was the only drawback, though it did not affect our stay whatsoever. They could pretty it up a bit though! The villas were perfect for families. A few areas in room to improve condition of (eg shower tiling). Situated near a river with poor water flow that leads to occasional smell in certain parts of resort. There is a creek near the restaurant and beach that is smelly and dirty. 海滩附近有条小河，小河里面有污物，味道很大，会飘到早餐区以及海滩这边，建议处理一下。. Nothing!. The property is due for an update as it is starting to look tired. The waterway between the property and the beach was smelly which may improve with a good rain period. the smell of river. Smell from the canel all around villa should be improved as well. And plug pool should put jet (same as in jacuzzi) for more profit in the future.
