The very large deluxe room.. Fresh & new. Wonderfully long swimming pool.. Literally on the beach... The entrance is stunningly beautiful. A very kind phillipino receptionist...so efficient! Everything on your door step once you exit the property. The hotel garden, pools and beach are beautiful!!! The hotel has great location, shops and restaurants are near, at the same time the hotel is very calm. Perfect massages. We couldn't have chose a better place in Lamai.
all reviews » I found everyone of the staff very friendly & helpful. In my opinion it was central & very close to the beach approx 50meters so you could choose the pool or beach. There are very a few people on the beach. The location was great, right in the heart of Lamai beach. The pool is amazing and the room looked new and beautiful (just not the old tv). The clean, not crowded and beautiful beach and the nice infinity pool. The sea water was very clean and calm. It's location. Best beach in Lamai and in centre of town. The restaurant was poor... Breakfast very average, no personality, the slowest egg cooker! Huge fuss over your breakfast voucher. No service to the beach, & the sun lounges are 3 metres away! They could definately capitalise on restaurant/bar( wasn't one!) possibilities. Breakfasts are quite poor, but european breakfasts are bad in Thailand generally - no cheese, ham, bad bakery products, but good fruits and Thai food. The Hotel does not have lifts, so if you have a problem with stairs you need to request a ground floor room!!. Breakfast is mediocre, room had an annoying leak in the toilet inlet, which seems to be known, as they put towels under it. The internet is paid, and costs ridiculous fees, which was quite annoying. was pretty average, annoyed a little at having to pay for wi-fi, ALL other hotels we stayed in were free - but not a biggie!. rooms out dated. Rooms are older style, would benefit from a make over soon. coffee you posted the wrong internet fees. The furniture is not very convenient for storing clothes in the standard rooms. The light is also poor in the room. Room is not very clean. The water is not very clean in the sea. We found a bug in the bathroom and the water from the tub leaked every time. They have no tv channel in english, only german and russian. We had the worse room (709) in front of the stairs. Many noisy groups early at 5 in the morning. Staff was unfriendly. Parts of the pools were dirty and never cleaned up. It has gone down hill significantly since my last visit. Poor service and facilities are in poor condition even though it boasts of a face lift. If you have been here before don't expect the old Thai hospitality, you won't find it. Overpriced for what you get.
