The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax. Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. We had the two bedroomed bungalow at the back of the resort and the walk through the tropical gardens was amazing.   First of all the staff was very friendly,helpful and polite. With a big smile and they give us everything we need.You file like you are in a family. The girl in the reception is excellent. The rooms are big,clean with everything you need inside (fridge,air con,drinking water every day,towels and wardrobe). They have also a travel office and helped us to book our tickets to the pier and our destination very cheap and quickly. For its m - For you what you pay you get much more. The staff is excellent,helpful and very polite. They helped us in many things and even they changed us ine room because we didn't had wifi inside the room. The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day. The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.
