  I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Staff are great if they understand you =) Breakfast is good ...nothing special but it has everything you need to start your day well of to get over a hangover. Location is lovely, the view is stunning.Cows and monkeys keep you entertained at the beach...at least when we were there =) The nearest village ... what people say » is about a 10min walk over the beach and then 5min on the road. So we rented scooters from Mama scooters (She is one of the cheapest there 150BHT p.d) - Location fantastic room bed food massage everything, exepet WiFi

  I am mitigated about this one. I stayed 3 nights. Spacious rooms, clean, amazing bathroom! Direct access to the beach, nice pool, beautifully managed landscaping and finally very good Thai food. People are nice and very polite. - Very nice hotel. We went during low season and it was half empty. We rented a scooter and visited the whole island.   The view, some of the staff are extremely polite and helpful, it is a very small place so prepare to make friends with other guests :-) - tranquility- not far from downtown Kai Bae- swimming pool - seaside- the staff is friendly even if not at the top

  After 6 nights we decided to extend our holiday so, being on site in Koh Chang I decided to visit some other hotels in the vicinity ..... Nothing could offer the excellent beach setting that this hotel could. No other hotel had such an extensive beach front which incorporated restaurant, beach bar, swimming pool, and beach loungers all in the same... what people say » place. Meant I could lay on the beach whilst my children were only feet away from me in the pool. Loved the beach cinema at nights. Lovely rainforest - Staffs here are very friendly and efficient, Deluxe Room was nice, we very happy with it. Food is good, Lovely beach front hotel, convenient to walk over to others hotel along the beach. I am highly recommend this hotel, such a good value for money indeed!

  Vast, beautifully designed territory, a pleasure to walk around and discover new sights every day. It never felt crowded around.Our room, outlooking pool and the sea, was on the ground floor, so in the morning we went for a swim straight from bed (sliding window worked as a door). Both the room and the territory are in neat condition. Helpful staff at receptio - I Liked almost everything in the hotel: friendly staff, magic views, exotic plants, butterflies, monkeys etc, large area, swimming pools, breakfasts, sunset views, cleaned rooms, nice design... But some things I recommend to change: WiFi in the rooms, private beach is good, but it's better to use the possibility to go to Kai Bae via the beach (only 15 minutes, but the last step near the hotel is awful) and shuttle bus 4 times a day is too rare). And I hope spa is renovated)

  The resort is a little diffrent in a good way. It's bacically partly in the jungle (with monkeys) and partly buy the sea. The bungalows and rooms are big and spacious. Nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful and the food was better than average. If you want party beaches then it's definitely not convenient enough going back and forth at night. The architecture is wonderful, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful.

  Beautiful hotel for a relaxing holiday. However in the evenings arranged a disco. As it is situated away from the road, then have dinner in the hotel. The food is beautiful and good, but expensive. Nice environment as well, has its own private beach. Most staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast contains a lot of fresh fruits. Provide shuttle bus to the main road. prepared our room in a very sweet way as I required because of our anniversary (towel swan, flowers in the bathtub, "happy honeymoon(even though it's not,;p)" spelt by leaves, and so on.

  The service was fantastic, however the chalets were not top class. The dream of being on a beach front was shattered by a small chalet with nowhere to hang your clothes. the AC could only be switched on if you were in the room, which renederd our clothes being constamntly damp with humidity. Very happy, and a lovely hotel. - Attention to detail and little touches, such as robes, slippers, umbrellas, big beach towels and oil burner in room, as well as DVD library. The beds - so comfortable! Like the in-pool bars and deluxe villa accommodation. Pleasant staff who are helpful and smile without being over-friendly. The view from my villa - a small infinity pool and the sea!

  Location is just on White Sand Beach!!! In the middle of country life and calmness of beaches. Great infinity pool with sun beds near it. Big bathroom with walk-in shower and bath-tub. Free parking for motorbike, or car. WiFi was OK (At least it was in my villa). Fresh fruits served in room every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym was small, but I never met there anyone, thou the check-list was filled with names. - Kacha Resort has the best place at Whitesand beach. We stayed at Hillside which is no problem. You can use both swimming pools and breakfast is at the beachside restaurant. Also crossing the not very busy street was easy as there is security staff helping 24hrs.

  Absolutely fabulous hotel! The setting is on a river rather than directly on the beach, this is reached by taking a kayak or being ferried on the hotel boat.
