The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. The pool & beach staff wre brillant & were always changing towels chairs & bringing water truely pamper the guests. Our stay was everything we hoped for & we were not disappointed in any way. Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all. Trainee receptionist Mai from Had Yai deserves special mention as was always at the desk and a pleasure to met and was very accommodating. - Abdolutey perfect from beginning to end 9 days of bliss.
