We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had an excellent time here. The place is located in Kata, about a 5 minute walk from the Kata Beach. There were many restaurants and massage parlors just outside of the hotel and was in a very convenient location. We were surprised that the Kata Beach was more beautiful than Patong Beach which is the most popular resort area. every single thing and moment was worth the money been paid.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time with a young child in tow and were allotted a room almost immediately when the room became available. Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the bar. Good breakfast selection!. Perfect service, nice staff, beautiful suites with any utilities one may think off. The private pool and the outside lounge space was exactly as we expected. We have only good memories of the hotel and its personnel.Stunning rooms and facilities - very happy with the experience. Was at the upper end of prices, but well worth the extra for the quality provided. Staff went out of their way to help if we needed anything. Friendly Staff, ease of check in, efficent and comfortable airport pickup, tranquil rooms, cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast cooked in the villa, good location, a great experience. The total privacy, and also the minibar was free up to a limit.The contrast between the busy streets of Kata and the villa's was hugh!. Tranquility and quietness. Nice surroundings, located centrally and from a 10 min walking distance from the beach, peaceful atmosphere, privacy, breakfast, own pool. Mosquitoes inside the villa. Hard Bed (typical Tai Bed). Rooms tend to be renovated, I think. There are some little 'manquements'. When you need a villa with sunside all day, you better ask it before.. The staff did not fully understand english.The hardware of the hotel is nice but needs a bit more maintenance and touch up here and there. Some areas look a bit worn out. not be informed of hotel policy at the arrival,. Got bitten pretty badly by mosquito on Day1. Secondly would be good if a weighting machine is avaliable in the room. Rooms need desperatelly renovation because of heavy wear, bad service, staff had poor english skills, wooden sinks were disgusting, water taps were industrial type and the piping was exposed and heavily oxidized, hard bed, noice carried from neighbour villas, AC was dripping water, no promised fruit basket even when asked for one, no privacy in bathroom, overpriced, outdoor kitchen attracted birds.
