We highly recommend this hotel everything about it was perfect thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room great, breakfast fantastic, staff so helpful etc. even had free drinks and nibbles in the club room for an hour, as I said Perfect. Rooms were great and access to beach and all local amentities was fantastic. Great location, friendly staff, beautiful view from window, nice room.

Kitchen in room. i was very happy and stayed an extra 2 days , but i had to book thru the web as at the front desk they told me it was booked out and about 8 times more if i wanted to upgrade, i booked thru the web for 2 more days and had the same room at no more cost than to original cost. Great view from the room and the breakfast was very good. Location was good just across the road from the beach, also 2 great swimming pools. It was very close to the beach and easy access. They had a place to sit and listen to live music at night. Pool is nice. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pools, the room space, the breakfast and the service. Nice location, close to many good restaurants. location is superb. nice sea view from room. pool, checkin/out. Location was good for us and it was nice to sit at the front bar near street. Property maintenance seem to be low agenda as many things broken, but not to point of upsetting. Breakfasts served are more suitable for Asian people, expensive internet, no Russian tv channels. Breakfast not enough for customer , many guest but little abf , no choice. Nothing. kitchen not working. The rooms were in a very bad condition. The Wifi system at the hotel is a joke, 300 Baht a day but only for 1 phone. The hotel is not worth the money they are asking, it's classed as a 4 star hotel in my opinion it would be lucky to receive 3 stars. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lifts were busy, the food in the restaurant was really bad and at the breakfast everything was always cold. I ordered at the outside restaurant one night where the live music was and after an hour waiting, I cancelled my order and went someplace else to eat. The staff were not overly helpful. Bed is too hard. Walls were dirty. Bad service minded staff. Did not pay attention on a guest preference at all. STAFF is totally uncontrolled. we have waited long for luggaege to put in room. then while checking out no one even helped to put the luggage in taxi. breakfast was very average. Air conditioner cooling was very weak. First we had a club room at 23rd, but that was dirty. Then we changed to suite which was nicer and cleaner, but still was not what we excepted for. The live music was nice, but should stop 11.00, because they play loud and you hear it to room very well. They usually stopped 12.00 pm or little bit later. They used to have a good breakfast two years ago when the hotel was Furama. But now it was not as good as it was.
