Staff are excellent Smiling and very helpfull Very good in verbal and online communication The whole hotel has its brand name design & accessories that you cant find anywhere else The room and Pool was kept clean with free soft drinks. I liked the privecy and the worm welcome we got. Thank you I recommend this hotel and will go there again. Had an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly, facilities were excellent! Our rooms were great and had a beautiful outlook down onto the pool. Very close to shops and a 5 minute ride into the city/entertainment precinct. Cannot recommended an more highly, simply a great place to stay in Chang Mai!.
