  The room and wc were spacious and well equipped, with the comfort required. The pool side area was good. The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax. Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way.   Nice and clean accomodation. Good location at the calm south end of Chaweng beach. No pool, but hotel has a private beach area, which was cleaned every day.   First of all the staff was very friendly,helpful and polite. With a big smile and they give us everything we need.You file like you are in a family. The girl in the reception is excellent. The rooms are big,clean with everything you need inside (fridge,air con,drinking water every day,towels and wardrobe). They have also a travel office and helped us to book our tickets to the pier and our destination very cheap and quickly. For its m - For you what you pay you get much more. The staff is excellent,helpful and very polite. They helped us in many things and even they changed us ine room because we didn't had wifi inside the room. The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day. The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.

  Excellent Staff; very very friendly and helpful people!! The receptionist is always smiling and the owner is from Turkey with a thai partner .. All are very helpful .. Whenever I needed their help(even at the night time) they didn't hesitate to help me about anything.. Also tipped me about the tours at the island .. Breakfast is open - Couldn't fault this guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, tea, coffee. Basic but more than enough. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice balcony area outside room. Very near to night life but far enough away to have a peaceful sleep. The restaurant has a very good menu, although cheaper options can be found in the local area. Only a few minutes from airport. It is right on Chaweng beach. It is about 10 minutes to the airport. It is close to the shops as well. The rooms are clean and in a very nice condition. The restaurant is affordable and it is right on the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. We would like to go back. We would recommend this hotel!!
