We had an Ocean View Private Villa. The villa was fantastic, incredibly spacious and the infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea was picturesque. What really added to our stay however, were the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were very attentive and polite at all times, including providing us with a complimentary foot massage, fruit platters and allowing us to check out late at no extra charge due to our flight time. An amazing location with equally good staff.
all reviews » Rooms are fantastic, good bathrooms, the private pool is great. Liked the small gifts left by the room service. Breakfast is good, 360 bar offers very nice view. Staff is very friendly and gets out of their way to arrange everything you wish for. Great hotel for couples. Staff for sure and their extended help. The guest relations manager tries to be very friendly but does not come across sincere to me. As the location is a very steep hill, walking is not very convenient, so you need to wait for a buggy all the time to bring you from a to B. There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this property -- the only suggestion I would make is to change the music in the public areas so it is not all remakes of old songs. Some jazz, some classical and some more modern would be great, and recordings of the original artists would be a huge improvement. - Nothing!. I really didnt like the fact that I had to leave :o(((( I wish I stayed more and more and mooooreee. Some construction noise due to maintenence work from storm. But the general manager was very nice and gave us great discounts and free dinner. Thanks!. Prices of restaraunts are too expensive. The air-conditioning in the bedroom is to noisy. Presence of two children in an adults only resort. see though toilet doors arent that romantic (especially when Im on it). Limited breakfast and food.
