  The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe.   The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed.
