Super friendly staff at reception, restaurant, bar etc. very helpfull ! I stayed in this hotel also about 25 years ago - at that time it stood alone at ao nang beach and it was Paradise. Very happy with everything , nice cute comfortable rooms. Good location. Very helpful n polite staff. And I like the breakfast too :). Great location - 10 steps from the beach. All staff friendly and helpful. Overall quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

Hotel surounded by 1000 end of shops, restaurants, ennoying Indian tailors, The moment you make 1 step outside : 100 people ask you for massage, taxi, suit, etc. Only inside the hotel is it peacefull. Krabi is no longer Paradise. But the hotel = still recommended. Price was high for general appearance of the hotel - a stretch to class this as 3 stars. Wireless internet tended to be intermittent. The room's balcony was tiny and had a wooden wall up completely obscuring any view (perhaps to keep the intense sunshine out of the room during the day) The air con wasn't very powerful. Breakfast could be better. Im muslim so I expected to have chix sausage or things with chix. Btw u had a lot of muslim guest staying.. So I think they could accomodate to that group of ppl. The room was definitely budget to match the price tag but it was clean and functional. rooms need a renovation and the girl who sing every night in the bar was horrible and that is not just our opinion most off the guest did not like horrible music every evening. Smoking allowed during breakfast. Had to move aroung every day in order to avoid the smoke. The rooms are dated, my room didn't have a windows! It had 'a balcony' and the only thing I could see from it was a wooden fence! Breakfast wasn't great hut acceptable! The price is too high for what the hotel as whole but I guess that here you pay for the premium location rather than anything else!. Very bad smell from toilet Very old room! Air condition makes load noise very old. Hotel doesn't make maintenance Doors are very bad. Bad lighting in the room. Not worth more then BHT 2000 a night in high season.
