Great location - practically across the road from what became my favourite pub, and one or two doors down from where I hired my skis.
Great location in the heart of town - right in the middle with easy walk to train station, shuttle bus stops, slopes, and bars and restaurants both nearby and across the river.

- the bed was too short for me if not sleeping on the back.
No breakfast on-site but a couple of doors up is a bakery with great breakfast pastries.
Lighting to dim, some items of maintenance not up to scratch - e.g.noisy door closer to the WC; Shower curtain cracked and horrible.
Ski room very basic with no chairs/bench.

I didn't like that the room was dark and dingy (this is the 21st Century, not the 1970s), or that the heater hardly gave off any heat, or that the plug sockets were dodgy, or that the electricity on the whole floor was temporarily cut for some unknown reason. The place needs a full refurbishment.
Old and outdated - even if the place was relatively clean, it still felt dirty. Horrible water pressure and no hot water in our room sink.
The light of corridor will auto off after five minute, same also for the toilet. Sometimes cant find the switch has to walk in the dark. Besides, our train to leave zermatt is 6.15 but the main door was locked, we keep knock on the door n ring the bell but nobody open causing us miss the train. No tv in the room, nothing to do at night.
