  Jim was so great! He's such a nice person! He gave us some nice tips to hike in the Valle Maggia. Also he borrowed us some bikes to go to Ascona. The pool and the garden are so great! The rooms are very comfortable and the loft is an experience! He also served a nice breakfast.   The hotel had recently been refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room was large and we had a balcony. There was plenty of parking in a secure area for guests only. The staff were helpful, when we requested an power plug adaptor and an iron they provided both straight away.
