Simple rooms, but great value for money. Fantastic location and views from great balcony. Wellness centre was one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff were super efficient, and very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I was upgraded to a main hotel room at the same price as the Annex which was very good with an excellent balcony view. I like the hotel transport system to and from the Busterminal.

Travelers arriving by train should change in Brig or Visp and take the bus marked with "Saas-Fee". Connections exists every hour until 8.05 p.m. from Brig or until 8.23 p.m. from Visp. New: direct shuttle bus Goppenstein to Saas-Fee on Saturday (to book in advance). Luggage may be checked-in at home and be reclaimed at Saas-Fee's bus station.
Travellers arriving by car from northern Switzerland pass by Berne and Lötschberg (car train), from eastern and southern Switzerland you pass Furka or Simplon. Arriving from western Switzerland you pass Lausanne and drive along the valley of the river Rhone until Visp.
