  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. The dining area was modern and well organized and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. The exercise room was magnificent and certainly bett... what people say » er than any of the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at in Lucerne, Zurich and Geneva. - Stayed in this hotel for the second in the Business room. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

  Very comfortable hotel, well located quite and very nicely decorated room with nice bathroom and all the comfort. Everything was there.Mineral water provided as well. - The staff was very helpful and cool.

  They were full so upgraded us to Beau Rivage, and put us up in a suite.Had a magnificent stay. We were also able to take a tour of the Angleterre which had lovely rooms as well. - Very clean and spacious room, great location right nex to the lake.

Valet car park, a glass of champagne on arrival, nice pool, spa gym facilities and a smashing view on the lake from our private balcony (to be ordered at booking) ... Despite the price, I will certainly go... what people say » back. Highly recommended for relaxing stay! - Fabulous hotel. It was an excellent price for a 5 star hotel. The beds were amazing, the staff were fabulous, the bedtime chocolates were decadent. The food - wow. Truly drool-worthy.

  Everything, the hotel staff we fabulous the view of the lake was spectacular the bed was massive and comfortable and we really liked the little touch of the chocolates on the pillow. - They upgraded us to an apartment / flat with a nice view of the lake :-) The rooms were very large, and very clean.
