  The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Offered water and tea immediately. The room is big and they offered us lake view. Free tea, coffee, cakes and water is available all the time. Breakfast was... what people say » good and very nice. They guide us very nicely where to roam in city and near by area. We asked two three times and they explained in detail every tim - Very courteous and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing experience. Will definitely stay here again!

  Brand new hotel with modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Higher up rooms have wonderful city and mountain views This is where we will be staying from now on when we visit Chur! - This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Clean, modern and fresh. Then again it is a new complex.

  Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Family room was great as kids slept in a separate room. Good location - about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Small town, but a good range of local shops. - Close the cable car station. Skiing is very convenient. Staffs in the hotel are nice and willing to help.

  The staff was about as good as it gets from a service standpoint. At your beck and call. I stayed there two nights. In fact I returned for a second night because of how impressive Cresta is for the cost. Each night was the same menu item(s) for all patrons at the restaurant, but obviously well prepared by a chef's staff; 5 course meals in atmo... what people say » sphere that is high ranking compared to luxury eateries anywhere. Only 30 CHF for guest. WELL WORTH IT! The wine selection was adequate and not cos - The wellness centre, the food despite having a set menu for evening meal they catered very well for vegetarians. The food was excellent value.

  The best ratio price/quality for the hotel what I've ever been through. Quality is their passion - that's true. I was surprised that is so perfect feeling on so high location as 1853 m. Samnaun / Ischgl - is one of the best in the Alps. Duty free zone with a lot of shops of very good watches / jewellery.

  The owner, Matesis (not sure of spelling) was very warm and freindly, and I enjoyed our chat about cars, and his love of Ford Capris. He and his staff were fantastic, and the Ladina is very comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel, as it is small (I think 10 rooms or so in total), and the staff make you feel at home.
