The hotel has an amazing view on the lake, it's probably one of the best view points in Vitznau.
The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar!
Restaurant was delicious, and service excellent. Complimentary espresso/coffee and tea throughout day. -

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. -

My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010.
She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. I am sorry I got their names but misplace

Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.
