  Helpful honest staff. Mistakes made in the bill (mostly our fault) all cleared up cheerfully. Good restaurant. Spectacular location. - The rooms were very tastefully designed. Very nice staff. Biasi family very friendly. Excellent food! Beautiful scenery.

  Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The food on the half board deal was gourmet cuisine - truly delicious and they were happy to cater for my wife with gluten free meals. Good value for money - especially for Switzerland. Good clean modern rooms with beautiful views. - Hotel Cristal is perfectly situated for ski/snowboard holidays in Flumserberg (which is a lovely resort with plenty of intermediate slopes that kept us busy on our long weekend there) The staff couln't have been more helpful and the food was a good standard. The beds were comfortable and the light bedlinen and towels were pleasant. Overall we spent 3 great nights there.

The local train station allowed easy access to Zurich if you didn't want to drive. Austria, Germany, and, Lichtenstein are close enough to drive especially the Bodensee and Rhein Falls areas.
