I've stayed at five star hotels that dont do what this lovely charming hotel do, made me feel special and cared for from the first hello. From the cleaners, to waiters to managers all had a superb attitutude. My room had all I need and more, nice little touches and so affordable. The included breakfast is outstanding, Ill be back for sure. Romantic breaks planned. The location of the hotel is perfect! Head of reception was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. The entire stay was just great! I would love to go back and maybe even select another Romantik hotel at another location.

Noisy...people woke me up every morning.Some of the stuff are not so nice, but only few.There is no hotelparking and the public one is expensive.Price is ok but people whoprefer a big hotel can find better for the same price. We were not informed that due to caranaval a reservation i nthe restaurant was not possible. Also there was no possibility to get room service. ALthough this can happen they should have been able to offer us alternatives (e.g. book a restaurant for us somerwhere else). No we had to find our own solution.The sound insulation is not good. Room was very hot making it difficult to sleep. No air conditioning. Very noisy outside with the window open.The bed could be a bit longer (2 m), 1,90m was a bit too short. The staff were utterly disgraceful, completely ill mannered and rude and had no awareness of social graces and manners.Specifically, the wait staff at breakfast were rude and unaccomadating, the restaurant staff were unwelcoming and the receptionist were also all of the above.Not one member of staff showed an ounce of genuine hospitality or even basic respect for my custom. Utterly disgraceful.
