Friendly helpful staff and very good location for travel. The central location and excellent restaurant.good location close to the rail station but not noisy as the station is a fairly small one. I was very close to the train station.Location .... Breakfast. It was just besides Interlaken west station. All shops were besides it.The staff was friendly and helpful. very easy to access. They charged us extra 60chf for two children staying with us. close to the west train station. the tv was a little too small-only14". The tv was extremely small and had alot of static.Though it says double bed room, it means a twin room. Check before you book. The room was very small. small room, high price. Rooms were very small, no place to move.

In the winter snow tires are recommended. Advice: For the use of the autobahn is Switzerland a vignette (SFR. 40,-) is needed.
By train:
Till Interlaken west. Every hour train connection till Interlaken west from every larger town in Switzerland as well as international train connections from Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Karlsruhe, Mainz, Düsseldorf, Munich, Amsterdam and Prague.
