  We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we definately love to recommend this family run hotel to any friends. We were lucky to have a free upgrad to room 303 (superior double room) which had an extremely beautiful, breaktaking view to the village and Eiger mountain. The staff were all very helpful, cheerful & frien - The central and very peaceful location in Grindelwald with wonderful views from the balcony. The layout of the room (402) could not have been better and perfectly suited our needs. Breakfast and evening meals were very well presented, and Rita was exceptional in greeting and overseeing everybody's individual requirements, including specialist dietary needs, with confidence and a professional capability in all languages.
