The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -

Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.
