the staff was very helpful with any question I had.I needed help navigating the train system. The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. This is a old building and a small building but it has Wi-Fi and room service. I was only in the room for six hours tops but I enjoyed every minute of each nap.

The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva. I can't say anything bad about this hotel. We arrived at 2335 after a delayed flight and the staff were lovely and helped us with our bags to our room. The room had everything-slippers, robe, all the bathroom amenities you can think of, and the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I think I've ever experienced. Excellent breakfast selection. Cosy room with very comfortable bed. Efficient reception service (both, check in and check out were done very fast). 10-15 min walking to the lake and city centre (old town and shopping street). An absolutely charming small hotel. The staff exceptionally helpful - the room was perfect in every detail. The restaurant was very good - a spot expensive but worth the money and the experience. The room was very small with the old furniture. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star. Hospitality of hotel staff and receptionist, service, poor room facilities,. When I arrived my room was changed, without consulting me, from the one allocated to me upon my reservation and for the same price. However, the new room badly needed renovation. The cupboard was impractical, the shower ancient, the television erratic. The room was not cleaned until after 4 P.M. When I came down for breakfast, both staff were unavailable for over 5 minutes . I found them chatting in the kitchen.

Jacques and Laurent Pourcel, French chefs awarded 3 stars for their Jardin des Sens restaurant in Montpellier, have designed the new menu with chef Alban Mestre.
