  The staff was about as good as it gets from a service standpoint. At your beck and call. I stayed there two nights. In fact I returned for a second night because of how impressive Cresta is for the cost. Each night was the same menu item(s) for all patrons at the restaurant, but obviously well prepared by a chef's staff; 5 course meals in atmo... what people say » sphere that is high ranking compared to luxury eateries anywhere. Only 30 CHF for guest. WELL WORTH IT! The wine selection was adequate and not cos - The wellness centre, the food despite having a set menu for evening meal they catered very well for vegetarians.   Hotel des Alpes is a very good vfm, comfy, relaxed, friendly, welcoming, family-fun hotel - a good 3* hotel. We paid c.£80 for one night in a double bedroom, single occupancy in each, with a big, good, all you can eat brekky: cereals, breads, yoghurts, meats and cheese. About 10 minutes on free ski bus to the main lifts at bottom of pistes in Flims and Laax. 2 minutes' walk - Very nice personell,good breakfast and internet.Ski bus just around the corner ,takes ca.3 mins to the gondola station.Have not used in house restaurant but it looks very inviting.Wellness facilities proper for 3 stars,warm water in the pool.

  We loved staying at Bellaval. The hotel is of an older traditional Swiss style, exactly what we wanted. It was cosy, clean and the staff made a few lovely touches to the room to make us feel welcome. Best shower too! Free wifi worked well. The restaurant is a little expensive (but typical for the area) but every part of our meal was exceptional. H... what people say » ighly recommend. - Everything was great. Excellent service (very friendly and profesional) and food (you have to have dinner there!!!) Location is perfect - very close to the lake and nice hiking routes, just 1 minute walk from bus stop. We will definately come back!

  Our host was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and cooked rosti for us on when it wasn't on the menu. Room was quite large with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Comfortable bed, everything very clean. Films seems to be mainly a ski town. - Friendly staff, marvelous brakfast, view.

  Where do I start? Spotless clean, big beds (for bunks) endless hot hot water, friendly staff, Wifi was good, close to the lifts and no children! I can't fault the place. Ill be back very soon. So affordable and a superb resort. - convenient location, nice staff, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast each morning

  The staff were really friendly and very helpful, the room was a great size with very good facilities. Tunnels connect all hotel buildings which is great in winter! The Spa is very relaxing. The restaurants provide an excellent choice of food at different budgets. Simply excellent
