The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and gave the impression that no request would have been too much trouble. Every part of the hotel was well-maintained and spotlessly clean at all times. Above all, - All the staff could not have been more helpful, the food was excellent and so was the service. The room was very plain, but clean. Was a great place to stay only wish we had come back from Bergun for dinner. A wonderful natural spa, just 5 mins drive from the hotel and spectacular scenery all around.

  Hotel Grischuna, Filisur, Switzerland. We stayed at the Grischuna for two nights in August. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave us the impression that they cared about their guests. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable with a view over the village and valley below. In fact the hourly passing trains were barely noticeable from - Even though I arrived well before midday I was able to check in and occupy my room immediately, which was much appreciated. I liked the fact that the hotel is located at the end of the station platform. Wonderful view from the restaurant and terrace. The food in the restaurant is good.
