The staff make the comfort of the guest their priority and you feel as if you are at home. I appreciate all staff for their friendly spirit and I acknowledge in particular "Sylvia" who took all the effort to make our stay interesting, and she always smile. Lovely modern rooms, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Centrally located in Crans. All round an excellent place to stay. I'd highly recommend having dinner at Chez Chico for what might well be the best steak in Switzerland!.

Anna behind the bar had our children making Mocktails/ Ricardo in the restaurant was lovely...reception very helpful. I stayed for ten days and the breakfast was the same in each day, the good thing is that when we asked for hash brown or a vegetarian dish they did provide us with rösti and it was tasty. I wouldn't paying for the breakfast if it isn't inclusive in the room rate. I thought for the price, they could have thrown in the bus to the chairlift rather than charge extra and the company that "claims" to give 10% off ski rental to hotel guests should give the discount (not gross it up with "insurance"). Unnecessary penny pinching. Nothing. The room was spacious and well equipped. Decor was comfortable rather than luxury but great overall value. Wine waiter (possibly the owner) was overattentive and provided us with what he wanted us to try rather than what we wanted to drink. Dinner in the evening had ingredients of very good quality but was oversalted and not prepared to the standard we expected, for the price. No seasonal room rates. Apparently, each room/apartment priced on application and as demand dictates. The food could be improved. Cold room- had to put an electrial heater... the wi-fi service was very bad, always disconnect. Nothing, really. far away from the main road.

Information about the area

Crans-Montana is the sunniest resort with the purest air of Switzerland. It is perched on a plateau, overhanging the Rhone valley with a stunning view from the Simplon Pass to Mont Blanc.

In winter you can enjoy walks by foot and with rackets (60 km), have fun skiing and snowboarding (140 km of tracks).

In summer, relax by the edge of one of our lakes, take strolls along our “bisses” or discover our high mountain pastures.

Travelling information

By Car:
Highway A9 - exit western Sierre - Crans-Montana.
- Take the 1st and 2nd roundabout in the direction Sierre then the 3rd and 4th in the direction of Crans-Montana.
- Cross the villages of Corin, Chermignon dâen Bas, Chermignon dâen Haut, Montana village.
- At Montana village turn right in the direction of Montana (centre of pneumology) then at the roundabout turn left and follow the road to Moubra for 800 metres. The hotel is on the left.

Several roads lead to Crans-Montana from Sierre or Sion. The easiest access by car is from Sierre, only 13 km.

By Public Transport:
A direct train goes from Geneva airport to Sierre (2 hours). Train from Zurich airport via Visp (2 hours and 40 minutes). From the station of Sierre, you reach Crans-Montana in 45 minutes by bus (Victoria stop or Vignettes) or choose the funicular (a small train), it takes only 12 minutes and you will arrive at 700 metres from the hotel.
