  It was very spacious. Typical old European with large rooms and high ceilings. It had a large balcony with a view over the town and of the lake and hills. Kitchen was small but had all basic equipment. Shower was great.   A lovely family run hotel with great views of Lake Maggiore and the Alps. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful and it was easy to be understood in english if necessary.   The appartment is very well equipt, nicely decorated and perferctly located. The hostess informed us in details about the way to get there (Google maps were not correct). She also met us to show all facilities etc. in persone. The place is near Magia and Verzaska valleys - probaly most nice places in Swtzerland.

  The staff and owners are wonderful. They go beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The owners are experienced and know how to make guests comfortable. Their English is flawless. The breakfast is great. I will return. - Reception. Convenience
