We loved the room, which had everything you may need (pots, pans, even ice tray and garlic crusher) The sauna was great too and the best part is that you must reserve it (always available) and then you get it for your own.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. You cannot expect this kind of inter... what people say » national class service in any other 5-star hotels in Scandinavia. Nothing made me down! Everything was perfect for my stay! The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

Room was small but comfortable and the extra room with the sofa bed for our son was very convenient. Internet was surprisingly good in the room with excellent speed and for free.
