Good atmosphere, kitchen, wifi, free laundry, location (near The City of Arts and Science), affordable price. The capability of using the kitchen, having free internet, havingfree parking.good location, perfect equipment (kitchen ect.), position. The hotel staff was really helpfull and kind. The rooms were cousy and nice, the best thing was a parking place inc. in price (in th building's basement). The breakfest served in hotel was basic, but not bad either. It is really very close from the hotel to Art and Science Museum... and shopping centre as well. Free internet (wifi) and kitchen area.

This ain't an ordinary hotel. very modern and unique. lovely room. located 3 minutes of walking from the city of arts and science. free parking.Good basic but fun quirky rooms. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Parking facitlites proximity to city centre. Design of the rooms and comfortable beds. friendly and helpfull staff, free private car parking, free internet access (WiFi or local pc's) possibility to use the kitchen, not just for breakfast but even to cook meals. The special design of each room and the balcony. And if you want to, you can use the kitchen making your own dinners. The location is very good: nearby the Calatrava-buildings and just in front of bus line 35 to the city-center (10 minutes).The way the rooms were all decorated differently and having use of a kitchen area. The parking garage is small and has tiny parking-spaces so be careful.The hotel is a little shy on usual amenities such as soap and towels. It is in fact a hostel, and guests should be clear on that. Two broken bulbs in bathroom were not changed after three days, sower was in bad shape, warm water while taking a shower changed temperature constantly, underground parking was incredibly tight, credit card was charged at beginning of stay but invoice was only delivered at final check-out.Extremly expensive, if you compare with other type of hotels inthis category. The hotel knew we had a child with us but placed us in a room with a one small bed with one blanket. The hotel stuff gave conflicting statements on cancellation options and as a consequence, we were charged for additional night we couldn't use. The room had a strong smell of cleaning agents but was not so clean, though.There was no TV, brekfast was terrible.

By Car:
-From any direction, follow signs for the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias (Ciudad Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences), it is well sign posted from any motorway approaching Valencia.
-Once you arrive at the complex, the hotel is located just opposite of the Palau de las Arts.

By Bus:
-Outside the main entrance to the bus station, take the bus no. 95 and get off at the first stop of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’ opposite the Palau de les Arts. On the right hand side, you will find the Avenue Instituto Obrero, 20.

By Train:
Upon exiting the station, in front you will find the street Marques de Sotelo, 70 meters away is a bus stop (take bus no. 35). The bus will take you until the Avenue Instituto Obrero. Get off in the first or second stop of the Avenue, the hotel is located just 50 meters from both stops.

From the Airport:
You can take a taxi to the Avenue Instituto Obrero, no. 20. The price is approximate EUR 17.
An alternative is to take the Airbus at the exit of the airport, get off in the North station and take the bus no. 35 (follow the same instructions by train).
